Dora Lucille (Hemmers) Fisher, age 99, of Baker City passed away on December 31st, 2021 at Settler's Park Assisted Living Facility. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral in Baker City. Reverend Suresh Telagani will celebrate the Mass. Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon next to her husband John, (No formal service will take place at the cemetery).
